What are the delivery charges for orders?

Depending on the size and weight of your order, it may vary on the cost of delivery. Standard charge is £7.50

Which payment methods are accepted?

We cater for most Major Credit Cards except American Express.

Mastercard and Visa, Visa Debit seem to be the main cards.

How long will delivery take?

This will vary depending on the requirements of the order. If your items require embroidery, we need to make that time fit into our customer promise of delivering an acceptable timeframe.
Once printed or embroidered we will then ship out at our earliest convenience once product quality procedures have taken place.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

We have not enabled our shopping cart system at the moment but when you call us directly, we will then take your payments.

Rest assured when we input your data into our payment screens, once approved, no personal data is stored on our systems and only with the payment merchant we use.

What exactly happens after ordering?

When you have called our HOTLINE, and placed your order, it will go in a queue, processed to do any requirements you choose for ex: Printing or Embroidery, then it is checked by quality control, then shipped out to you by courier.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Once payment has been made, the invoice and/or delivery note will be attached inside with your order. Or should you want the invoice emailed to you, we can do this aswell.
