Placing an order
When placing an order, you are committing to buy. By using our website, you are agreeing to all our terms and conditions of sale. Our conditions comply with current distance selling regulations eu. We have 30 days to deliver your goods to you. Normal circumstances are much sooner, but we have to inform you when times get much more busier than normal, and there is a queue of customers you will be expected to wait in turn.
Cancelling an order
You have the right to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order. However, if your product has been delivered there is no refund policy as you have already accepted the goods and they are bespokely manufactured. All our goods are tracked with proof of postage.
Changing or modifying an existing order
It is our policy that we cannot change your order once it has been placed and paid for if it is over the 24 hour period on a working business day. If you want to place a new order, then please feel free to do so on our website.
Due to the nature of our business along with the bespoke products and services offered, we do not offer returns. This is a strict policy. As all our items are personalised along with the services we offer, under UK government regulations they are deemed as non-returnable.
Depending on the product and services ordered, delivery may differ from postal company. Depending on where you are in the country and the products ordered, there may be a difference in delivery charges.

Orders and Contract Information
Your order for goods is accepted and a contract is formed between 'CLOTHING PLUS' and you when we dispatch the goods you have ordered and not before. A contract is not formed at the point in time that payment has been taken from you by us, nor at the point in time that you receive an email from us acknowledging receipt of your order. Until the goods are dispatched the order may not be accepted by us or may be cancelled by you. Exceptions apply to orders for personalised items and goods made to your order which cannot be cancelled by you once you have received email confirmation that your order has been received; as such items and goods may already be in production as a result of your order. For security reasons we may restrict the volumes of certain items to be sold in any one transaction. Following formation of the contract we shall continue to own any goods ordered until it has received payment in full from you even though the goods may have already been delivered to you.

Our agreement with you is based upon English law and the laws applicable to this agreement are the laws of England and Wales.
We reserve the right to change/amend prices without prior written notice, to keep in line with costs and rates of inflation. Prices are displayed on our website are not inclusive of any taxes or V.A.T. The V.A.T. rate is in accordance with HMRC regulations and is added to any final order placed on our website.
